Booking Status: OPENThis request form is our version of a "consultation" and, if filled out correctly, can typically provide us with all the information we may need for your appointment.
In-person consultations are not always required, unless requested otherwise by our booking assistant or artist. When booking with Bailey, all appointments include a quick one-on-one consultation at the beginning of the appointment. If you would prefer to have an in-person consultation in addition to filling out this online form, please mention that in your description below!
