When filling out the appointment request, please provide as much detail as you can in regards to your desired tattoo. This helps to make our communication as smooth as possible and to hopefully avoid any confusion on the design.

Booking Status: OPENThis request form is our version of a "consultation" and, if filled out correctly, can typically provide us with all the information we may need for your appointment.
All appointment requests are answered weekly, usually on Tuesdays.
